Форма одягу та особисті речі оборонця Маріуполя Святослава Єрмонова

Святослав Єрмонов (нар. 11.08.1989 р.) – донеччанин, підполковник поліції, випускник Донецького юридичного інституту. Служив у поліції Донецька з 2006 р., в 2014 р. переїхав до Маріуполя, де почав служити в Головному управлінні Нацполіції Донецької області, в 2015 р. брав участь в боях за Мар’їнку та обороні Дебальцевого. З 2016 до 2022 рр. працював у Лівобережному відділі поліції Маріуполя, займався протидією незаконному обігу наркотичних речовин, зброї та вибухівки.

На початку широкомасштабного вторгнення рф Святослав Єрмонов та його колеги із Національної поліції евакуйовували цивільних з-під обстрілів, затримували мародерів, підвозили гуманітарну допомогу та воду до шпиталів та укриттів. Поліція виконувала свої обов’язки в місті до середини березня, допоки це було можливо. Пізніше С. Єрмонов вирішив доєднатись до лав захисників Маріуполя, був у складі однієї з бойових груп. В середині квітня бійці вирішили прориватись у бік «Азовсталі», та ще два тижні тримали оборону біля стадіону «Азовсталець», а від початку травня – самого заводу.

Захисники «Азовсталі» покинули завод з 16 по 20 травня. Опісля Святослав Єрмонов опинився в полоні у сумнозвісній колонії в Оленівці, де 29 липня під час підриву одного з бараків загинуло щонайменше 53 особи та 130 було поранено. Бійці виживали у жахливих умовах – переповнені бараки, нестача провізії та питної води, антисанітарія. С. Єрмонов потрапив до першого списку під час обміну полоненими і був звільнений за обміном 22 вересня 2022 року. Через кілька місяців після обміну, після реабілітації та лікування пан Святослав повернувся на Донеччину, на службу до поліції.

Оскільки в полоні в Оленівці довелося спати на холодній підлозі, Святослав Єрмонов пошив зі знайденої старої ковдри шапку, яку ви бачите у вітрині разом із залишками «котушок» ниток.

Серед переданих речей є також футболка та маленькі записки з іменами та мобільними номерами родин чи друзів бійців, з якими він був у полоні. Полонені не знали, кого і коли обміняють, не мали можливості повідомити рідних, що вони живі. Тож передавали контакти своїх близьких один одному, аби той, кого обміняють першим, міг розказати родинам про полонених побратимів.

Записник із скріплених окремих зшитків є невеликою кулінарною книгою. У полоні в умовах недоїдання та голоду, захисники «Азовсталі» часто згадували улюблені страви, те, що хотіли б з’їсти, коли опиняться на волі. С. Єрмонов став записувати рецепти цих страв, таким чином і утворилася ця саморобна книжечка з рецептами з різних регіонів України – матеріальне свідчення про думки, які хоч на мить давали розраду українським захисникам у полоні.

Свою історію має і звичайний файл, у нього доводилося збирати та загортати вміст мисок. Конвоїри в Оленівці давали на прийом їжі дві хвилини, вона часто була гарячою, тож було неможливо спожити її за відведений час. С. Єрмонов зливав їжу у файл, і, приховавши під курткою, забирав аби доїсти.

У одному зі своїх інтерв’ю Святослав Єрмонов згадував про свої побоювання, що ці речі (особливо записники) заберуть конвоїри під час етапування. Проте йому вдалося вивезти їх під час обміну. Він передав їх на благодійний аукціон, та зібрав 104 тис.грн. на дрони. Благодійники висловили побажання, аби ці артефакти стали частиною музейного зібрання.

Svyatoslav Yermonov (born 11.08.1989) is a Donetsk resident, police lieutenant colonel, graduate of the Donetsk Law Institute. He served in the police of Donetsk since 2006 and in 2014 moved to Mariupol, where he began service in the Main Directorate of the National Police of the Donetsk region. In 2015 he participated in engagements in Maryinka and the defense of Debaltseve. From 2016 to 2022 worked in the Left Bank Police Department of Mariupol, in the sphere of combating illegal trafficking of drugs, weapons and explosives.

At the beginning of the large-scale Russian invasion, Svyatoslav Yermonov and his colleagues from the National Police evacuated civilians from under fire, detained looters, and delivered humanitarian aid and water to hospitals and shelters. The police performed it’s duties in the city until mid-March, for as long as it was possible. Later, S. Yermonov decided to join the ranks of the defenders of Mariupol and became a part of one of the combat groups. In mid-April, the fighters decided to break through to Azovstal, and for another two weeks they held defences near the Azovstalets stadium, and from the beginning of May - the factory itself. From May 16 to 20 the defenders of Azovstal left the factory.

Later, Svyatoslav Yermonov was held captive in the infamous colony in Olenivka, where on July 29, during the explosion in one of the barracks, at least 53 POW died and 130 were injured. There soldiers had to survive in terrible conditions including overcrowded barracks, lack of provisions and drinking water, unsanitary surroundings. S. Yermonov was on the first prisoner exchange list and on September 22, 2022 was released in said exchange. A few months later, after rehabilitation and treatment, Svytoslav returned to the Donetsk region, to continue his service in the police forces.

Since while in captivity in Olenivka, he had to sleep on the cold floor, Svyatoslav Yermonov sewed a hat from an old blanket he found, which you can see in the exhibit along with the remains of the thread spools.

Among the items are also a T-shirt and small notes of the names and mobile phone numbers of the families or friends of the fighters that were with him in captivity. The prisoners did not know who and when they would be exchanged, and did not have the opportunity to inform their relatives that they were alive. Hence they gave the contact information of their loved ones to each other so that whoever was exchanged first could tell the families of the POW.

The notebook, made of multiple bound notebooks, is a small cookbook. In captivity, due to the malnutrition and feeling hunger, the defenders of “Azovstal” often mentioned their favourite dishes, which they would like to eat when they go free. S. Yermonov began writing down the recipes for these dishes, and thus created this book of homemade recipes from different regions of Ukraine – a material evidence of the thoughts that, at least for a moment, gave comfort to the captive Ukrainian defenders.

This ordinary file also has its own history, as it was used to collect the food from plates. POW in Olenivka were given two minutes to eat, food was hot and it was impossible to eat it in time. S. Yermonov poured food into this file, and, hiding it under his jacket, took it back to the cell to finish eating. In one of his interviews, Svyatoslav Yermonov mentioned his fear that these items (especially notebooks) would be taken away by the guards during a check. However, he managed to take them out during the prisoner exchange. He donated them to a charity auction, raising 104 thousand UAH for drones. The benefactors expressed their wish that these artefacts become part of the museum collection.
